I've been getting called by that number ever since I changed from Telstra to the iinet/ozemail internet provider for local calls. Don't answer it. If that doesn't work I would contact Primus Telecom and report the number to them as a possible scam number (feel free to link them to this article and let them know they can contact me about this if they need to).
